Back in 2019, I worked with my uncle’s remodeling company. Times were tough. We were taking small jobs just to stay afloat, and there were months when paychecks were uncertain.
One day, I made a promise: I’d bring in clients we actually wanted to work with—and no one on the team would miss a paycheck again.

1) How do you charge—and when do I pay?
We work on a pay-per-show model. Month 1 starts with a small setup (for assets + tracking). After that, you only pay for qualified appointments that actually show. You set a monthly cap and we invoice weekly. No long-term lock-in—cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice.
2) What counts as a “qualified appointment”?
- Homeowner (all decision-makers present)
- Inside your service area and job type (e.g., kitchen/bath/roofing)
- Budget band pre-screened (set with you per trade)
- Timeline ≤ 90 days
- 60–90 min window booked
- Exclusive to you (not shared)
If any of the above isn’t met, it doesn’t count.
3) How fast will I see results?
Once ads and follow-ups are live, most partners see their first showed estimate in 3–7 days. Speed depends on market size, offer, and how fast your team answers leads. We run speed-to-lead (call/SMS within 60 seconds) and adjust targeting weekly to keep momentum.
4) What happens with no-shows, reschedules, or if volume is off?
- No-shows/reschedules: we confirm, re-book, and don’t charge for a missed first attempt.
- Too low volume: we tune creative/targeting weekly and expand nearby zips with your OK.
- Too high volume: you set a hard cap so production never outpaces install capacity.
- Starter guarantee: if we don’t hit the agreed minimum shows in the first 21 days, we work for free until we do (ad spend remains client-funded).
